5.2 Permitted Use of the Website

5.3 Payment Methods Accepted
Integrated website payment options: Stripe, Wix Payments, PayPal. Peer-to-peer payments (off-site): Venmo, Zelle. These do not process payment data through the website.
6. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies
6.1 Cancellations & Rescheduling (1:1 Sessions)
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session
- Sessions cancelled under 24 hours are charged in full
- No-shows are charged in full
- Late arrivals end at the scheduled time
- Emergencies: email as soon as possible; accommodations are offered at our discretion
6.2 Group Programs, Workshops & Cohorts
All group-based offerings are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
6.3 Refund Policy
All sales are final for coaching, consulting, Human Design readings, programs, courses, memberships, and digital products. Payment plans are binding agreements. You are responsible for the full amount regardless of participation.
6.4 Retreat Policy
All retreat payments and deposits are non-refundable. If MeadowLight cancels, you receive a full refund or credit.
6.5 Late Payments & Failed Payments
- 3+ days late: $60 late fee
- 10+ days late: temporary suspension of access
- 30+ days late with no communication: may be sent to collections
6.6 Chargebacks
Improper chargebacks violate these Terms. Disputes must be sent directly to meadowlightllc@gmail.com.
6.7 Session Expiration
Unused sessions expire at the end of your container. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
6.8 Technology
Client is responsible for stable internet and tech setup. If MeadowLight experiences tech issues, the session is rescheduled.
6.9 Conduct & Safety
We may suspend services if conduct is harmful, aggressive, or inappropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, branding, PDFs, downloads, templates, course materials, and video content is the property of MeadowLight LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or reproduce any content without written permission. Digital products are for personal use only.
8. Age Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in MeadowLight LLC services.
